We are situated in the county of Bedfordshire, only 45 miles north of London, with easy access from the A1. Milton Keynes, Cambridge and Peterborough are also under an hour's drive away. Manor Farm is set amongst 86 acres of grass and woodland, and as such attracts a wide range of bird and wildlife. The site currently has 5 lakes, a match canal and a stretch of the River Ivel made famous by local fisherman Dick Walker. We offer a range of types of fishing including a fly-only trout lake (Damsel Lake), an any method trout and mixed coarse fish lake (Becks Lake), a 2 acre mixed lake (Blunham Lake), a 4 acre specimen carp lake (Carp Lake) and our very popular specimen carp lake (Winters Lake) stocked in 2004 with fish from 18lb to 36lb.Winters Lake is aimed at 24hour bookings only, with limited angler numbers, so giving exclusive fishing.

Numerous facilities are available on-site including refreshments, a toilet, a bait and tackle hut, Environment Agency rod licences, equipment hire and tuition. Fly fishing instruction is available once a month as part of a small group, or can be arranged individually to suit. Coarse fishing tuition can also be arranged to suit the individual. Booking is required in all cases.
